T X rH E R E A S the “ Vine Diseases Act of 1886,” as amended by the PiTambie.

“ Vine Diseases Act Amendment Act of 1888,” ■will shortly expire, and it is expedient to continue the said Acts for a further period of one year: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and -with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. The “ Vine Diseases Act of 1886,” being the Act of the Coiitinuation for a

fiftieth Victoria number twenty-three, and the “ Vine Diseases Act in force up to and inclusive of the first day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, hut no longer.

Amendment Act of 1888,” being the Act of the fifty-second Victoria, hiseases Acts,

number one, which Acts Avcrc continued for a period of one year by

the “ Vine Diseases Acts Continuation Act of 1889,” and for a further
