Viduka and Viduka

In the matter of *Viduka and Viduka*, Berman J considered orders relating to the time a child, B, born in 2014, would spend with the wife. The dispute concerned the specific arrangements for the child's time with the wife, including the frequency, duration, and supervision of that time.

The court was required to determine the appropriate schedule for the child to spend time with the wife, and whether any supervision was necessary during these periods. Additionally, the court needed to establish the procedure for the handover of the child between the parties.

Berman J ordered that a previous order be suspended and set out a detailed schedule for the child to spend time with the wife, commencing in May 2017. This schedule included specific days, times, and alternating weekends. The court further ordered that certain periods of time spent with the child be generally supervised by the maternal grandparents, requiring their substantial attendance and proximity to the child. Handover arrangements were to occur at a nominated police station, with parties at liberty to nominate a family member to facilitate the handover. These orders were to remain in place until further order of the court.
