Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) (Further Amendment) Regulations 2007
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to provide for fees for the commencement of proceedings at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal under the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and the Subdivision Act 1988.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 31 December 2007.
4Amendment to scale of fees
In Part A of the Table to regulation 4 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2001[1]—
(a)after item 2(2)(e) insert—
"(ea)Owners Corporations Act 2006 except section 191;";
(b)for item 2(2)(i) substitute—
"(i)Subdivision Act 1988 sections 34A, 34B, 34D, 34E, 34G, 36, 39 and 40;";
(c)after item 4(zzk) insert—
"(zzka)Owners Corporations Act 2006 section 191;";
(d)for item 4(zzzd) substitute—
"(zzzd)Subdivision Act 1988 except sections 34A, 34B, 34D, 34E, 34G, 36, 39 and 40;".
