Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2018

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2016 to update references to the Medical Treatment Act 1988 to reflect the repeal and replacement of that Act by the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.

3Schedule 1 amended

In Column 2 of the Table in Schedule 1 to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2016[1], for "Medical Treatment Act 1988, section 5C" substitute "Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016".
