Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to provide for fees for the commencement of proceedings at VCAT under the Health Professions Registration Act 2005.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.

4Amendment to scale of fees

In the Table to regulation 4 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2001[1], in Part A, after item 4(zk) insert

"(zka)Health Professions Registration Act 2005;".
