Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Amendment (Powers of Attorney) Regulations 2015

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2013 to include the Powers of Attorney Act 2014 as an enabling enactment for the purposes of exempting the charging of fees for the commencement of proceedings under that Act.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.

3Scale of fees

In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2013[1], after item 1.13 insert

"1.13APowers of Attorney Act 2014;".
