Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Amendment (Planning and Environment Division) Regulations 2019
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2016 as a consequence of the making of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Amendment (Planning and Environment Division) Rules 2019.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998.
3Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2016[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
4Schedule 1—Fees
(1)In item 15 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, after "administrative division" insert "or planning and environment division".
(2)In item 16 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, after "administrative division" insert "or planning and environment division".
(3)In item 21 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations, for—
"(a) a major case or a complex case that is allocated to the administrative division 241 fee units" substitute—
"(a) a complex case that is allocated to the administrative division 241 fee units (ab) a major case or a complex case that is allocated to the planning and environment division 241 fee units".
