(Extension) Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Victoria Water Supply and
Sewerage Plumbing Regulations 19941 until 15

July 1998.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section

221ZZZV of the Building Act 1993.2

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 16 July
1997.

4. New regulation 8 substituted

For regulation 8 of the Victorian Water Supply
and Sewerage Plumbing Regulations 1994
substitute—

"8. Expiry

These Regulations expire on 15 July 1998.".

5. Expiry of amending Regulations

These Regulations expire on 15 July 1998.
