AN ACT to validate certain Rates made by the Council of the Municipality of Victoria Park and the Victoria Park Local Board of Health for the year ending the thirty-first day of October, 1903.

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. THE general rate and loan rate struck or purporting to Rates for the year

Park, and the health rate struck or purporting to have been struck by the Victoria Park Local Board of Health, for the year ending the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and three,

shall be deemed to have been lawfully struck, and all things necessary to be done in and towards the striking of such rates respectively shall be deemed to have been duly performed, notwith- standing any failure to comply with any of the provisions of the Municipal Institutions Act, lift)°, or the Health Act, 1898, relating thereto, and the said rates may be recovered by the said Municipal Council and Local Board of Health accordingly as if the provisions of the said Acts wer€ in all respects duly complied with.
