" H E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with J D tlie advice and consent of tin 1 Legislative Council and Legislative
Assembly of New South "Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may lie cited as the "Victoria and Rusheutters Bay Parks Act, 1910," and shall take effect on and after the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
2. All trustees, heretofore appointed by the Governor under the authority of any statute, for the lands described in the Schedules hereto are hereby removed.
3 . The municipal council of Sydney are hereby appointed trustees of the lands described in Schedule One, and in Part I of Schedule Two, with the same powers and estate in the said lands, and subject to the same limitations as if the appointment were made under the provisions of the Public l a r k s Act ,1902.
4 . The council of the municipality of Woollahra an; hereby appointed trustees of the land described in Part H of Schedule Two, with the saint; powers and estate in the said land and subject to the same limitations as if the appointment were made under the
provisions of the Public Parks Act, 1902.

5 . (1) A l l the personal property held by the trust heretofore appointed for the hinds described in Schedule One are hereby vested

in the municipal council of Sydney.
( 2 ) A l l the personal property held by the trust heretofore

appointed for the lands described in Schedule T w o are hereby vested

in the Secretary for Lands and shall be distributed by him in such
proportion as he thinks fit between the municipal council of Sydney

and the council of the municipality of \ V oollahra.
