HEBEAS it is desirable to amend '-'The Victor Harbor Woxhs pm&

and Tmnmay Act, 1862," and the " Strnthalbyn and

3Liildleton Tramway Act, 1866," by confeuring on the Commissioner

of Eailwvays all the yowvers and authorities with reference to the lines	,
of tramway authorised to be constructed by, ancl includcdwvithin, the provisions of the said Acts, and othenvise, aa are conferred upon him by "The Railway Commissioners Act," No. 11 of 1859, in
respect to the unclwtakings therein mentionkd-Be it therefon!
enacted by the Govcxnor of the Provil~ce of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Lc@slativc Council and nouse of Assembly of the said Provimx, in this present Parliament assembled,

and exercise all the powers and authorities, with reference to the	mw%
lines of tramway nutholixed to be constructed by, and included

. within, the provisions of the said Acta No. 23 of 1862, and No. 1 of 1666, and othenvh, as orc conferrd upon him by " The Raaway Commissioners Act," in respect to the undexhlings therein

referred to.
