1      Name of Notice

This Notice is the Victims Rights and Support (Victims Support Levy) Notice 2020.

2      CPI adjustments of victims support levy

For the purposes of section 107(3) of the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013, in relation to the financial year specified in Column 1 of the Table to this clause, the amounts that are to apply for the purposes of section 106(1)(a) and (b) of that Act are the amounts specified in Columns 2 and 3, respectively, of that Table opposite that specified financial year.
