This Notice is the Victims Rights and Support (Victims Support Levy) Notice 2013.

2CPI adjustments of victims support levy

In relation to the financial year specified in Column 1 of the Table to this clause, the amounts that are to apply for the purposes of section 106 (1) (a) and (b) of the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013 are the amounts specified in Columns 2 and 3, respectively, of that Table opposite that specified financial year.
