1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Victims of Crime (Fund and Levy) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2022.

Part 2—Amendment of Victims of Crime (Fund and Levy) Regulations 2018

3—Amendment of Schedule 1—Victims of crime levy

1. Schedule 1, clause 1(a)(i)—delete "$92" and substitute:

   $94

2. Schedule 1, clause 1(a)(ii)—delete "$245" and substitute:

   $250

3. Schedule 1, clause 1(b)—delete "$397" and substitute:

   $405
