Name of regulation
This regulation is the Victims of Crime (Financial Assistance) Amendment Regulation 2016 (No 1).
Commencement
(1)Section 4 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2016.
(2)Section 5 commences on the day after this regulation’s notification day.
Note 1The naming and commencement provisions are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2016 (see Legislation Act, s 75 (2)).
Note 2Section 3 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2016 (see Legislation Act, s 75AA (2)).
