Act 2000 No 41—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Victims Compensation Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 July 2000 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 1 [22]–[24]) commences.
