Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Veterinary Surgeons Registration Ordinance 1965

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons Registration

(Amendment) Ordinance (No. 2) 19821

Principal Ordinance

2. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Veterinary

Surgeons Registration Ordinance 1965.2

prescribed fee shall be paid to the Capital Territory Health Commission.".

Persons entitled to registration

3. Section 12 of the Principal Ordinance is amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-section (2) "payment of the prescribed fee and by"; and
(b)	by adding at the end of sub-section (3) "and has paid the prescribed fee".

4. After section 42 of the Principal Ordinance the following section is

inserted:

Payment of prescribed fees

"42A. Where a prescribed fee is payable under this Ordinance, the
