The Governor in Council approves the making of the
following Regulations:

The Veterinary Board of Victoria makes the following

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees relating to the registration of veterinary surgeons.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 10, 19,
19A and 24E of the Veterinary Surgeons Act

1958.

3. Fees

In the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations 19881—

(a)	in regulation 20(1)(b), for "$80.00" substitute "$120";
(b)	in regulation 23(2), for "$80.00" substitute "$120";
(c)	in regulation 24, for "$35.00" substitute "$37";
(d)	in regulation 25(2), for "$230.00" substitute "$240".
