Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Veterinary Surgeons Amendment

5046 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 11 December 2009

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day on which the Veterinary Surgeons Amendment Act 2009 section 4 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations 1979.
4.	Regulation 21A inserted After section 20 insert:

21A. Degrees

The degrees prescribed for the purposes of
section 20(1)(a) of the Act are those in the Table to this

regulation.
