These regulations amend the Bulk Handling Act

4.             Regulation 13 amended

Delete regulation 13(1)(g) and insert:

(g) contains declared pests as defined in the

Biosecurity and Agriculture Management

Act 2007 section 6;

Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.              Citation

These regulations are the Veterinary Surgeons Amendment

Regu/wions 2013.

2.             Commencement

Regulations 1979.

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day):

(b) the rest of the regulations -

(i)      if gazettal day is on or before the day on which the Biosecurily and Agriculture Management

Regulations 2013 (other than regulations I

and 2) come into operation -- on the day on
which those regulations (other than regulations I
and 2) come into operation; or

(ii)      otherwise — on the day after gazettal day.

3.              Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Veterinary Surgeons

4.             Regulation 28 amended

In regulation 28(2):

(a) delete paragraph (b)(ii) and insert:

(ii) the Biosecurity and Agriculture

Management Act 2007; or

(b) delete paragraph (b)(v).

5. Regul ation 4-5 amended
Delete regulation 45(h).

6.             Regulation 47 amended

In regulation 47(2):

(a) in paragraph (g) delete "method." and insert:

method;

(b) after paragraph (g) insert:

(h) transferring ova in an animal by non-surgical

means.
