Veterinary Surgeons Amendment
Regulations 2012
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Veterinary Surgeons mendinent
Regulations 2012.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as tollows
(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on hich these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. 3. Re-ulations .amended
These regulations amend the Veterinary Surgeons
existing specialty. Regulations 1979.
4. Regulation 16A replaced
Delete regulation 16A and insert:
16A. Specialists (I) For the purposes of section 20AB(1) of the Act, the
branches of veterinary surgery listed in Schedule 2 are
press ii bed.
(2) A person who immediately before commencement day
is registered in an existing speciality referred to in
column I of Schedule 3 is. on commencement day, to
he taken to he registered in the equivalent specialty
referred to in column 2 of that Schedule opposite the

Under the powers conferred by the Local Govermnent Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Perth resol ved on 15 May 2012 to make the following local law.
I Citation
This local law may be cited as the City of Perth Strrnadiiig Orders Ainenadinenat Local
Low 2012.
2 Commencement
This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the
Goz^ero nenat Gazette.
