His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1986.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to change certain fees relating to veterinary surgeons and veterinary hospitals that are payable under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1986.

This Regulation is made under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1986, including the various sections referred to in the amendment made by this Regulation, and section 71 (the general regulation-making power).

Regulation 1999.

The Veterinary Surgeons Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
