VETERINARY PREPARATIONS AND ANIMAL FEEDING STUFFS

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Preparations and

Animal Feeding Stuffs Amendment Regulations 1997.

Regulation 5 amended

By Command of the Governor, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Executive Council.

2.     Regulation 5 of the Veterinary Preparations and Animal Feeding Stuffs

Regulations 1977* is amended —

(a)	in paragraph (a) by deleting 189.00" and substituting the	following —
" $92.00 ";
(b)	in paragraph (b) by deleting 157.00" and substituting the following —
" $59.00 "; and
(c)	in paragraph (c) by deleting 127.00" and substituting the following —
" $28.00 ".
