VETERINARY PREPARATIONS AND ANIMAL FEEDING STUFFS

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Preparations and

Animal Feeding Stuffs Amendment Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on the day after the day on which

they are published in the Gazette.

Regulation 5 amended

3. Regulation 5 of the Veterinary Preparations and Animal Feeding Stuffs

Regulations* is amended —

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "$86.00" and substituting the following —

" $89.00 ";

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "$55.00" and substituting the following —

" $57.00 "; and

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting "$26.00." and substituting the following —

" $27.00. ”.
