I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Veterinary Preparations and Animal Feeding Stuffs Amendment Act 1993, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fa 1 July 1994 as the day on which that Act comes into operation.
