Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Veterinary Chemical Control and

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Biosecurity and Ag>riciiiare ManagernenI (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 section 20 comes into operation.

3.              Regulations aniended

These regulations amens] the Veterinary Chemical Control and A niinal Feeding Stuffs Regulations 2006.
4.	Regulation I amended In regulation I delete "and Animal Feeding Sluff?".

5.             Regulation 2 amended

(1)	In regulation 2(1) delete the definitions of: hulk
complete stock food expirt date hormonal growth promnotailt or I-/PG invoice premix prescribed ear punch property ides, ti/lea tion number restricted animnal material rumnim,ant tallow used cooking oil
(2)	Delete regulation 2(2).

6.              Parts 3 and 4 deleted

Delete Parts 3 and 4.

7.             Schedules I to 5 deleted

Delete Schedules I to 5.

8.             Schedule 6 amended

(1) Delete Schedule 6 Forms I and 2.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 7 of the Act.

1.             Citation

This order is the Veterinary Chemical Control and Animal

Feeding Stuf f.5' Order 2013.

2.             Commencement

This order conies into operation as follows —

(a) order 1 and 2 — on the day on •hich this order is published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the order on the day on •hich the

Biosecuril}' and Agriculture Management (Repeal and Consequential Provisions) Act 2007 section 20 comes into operation.

3.             Exemption in respect of anim.ii feeding stuffs

The provisions of the Act specified in the Table do not apply to any animal feeding stuff.
