Veterans’ Entitlements (Non-warlike Service) Determination 2019                   

1  Name

This instrument is Veterans’ Entitlements (Non-warlike Service) Amendment Determination 2020 (No. 2).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under the definition of non‑warlike service in subsection 5C(1) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

4  Schedules

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
