1. Name of Instrument

This Instrument is the Veterans' Entitlements (Vehicle Assistance Scheme – Increased Assistance) Instrument 10/2003

1. Commencement

This Instrument commences upon its approval by the Minister for Veterans' Affairs.

Note: subsection 105(3) of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 provides that a   

variation of the Vehicle Assistance Scheme is of no effect until approved by the Minister for Veterans' Affairs.

1. Variations to the Vehicle Assistance Scheme

The Vehicle Assistance Scheme is varied in accordance with the Schedule.
