  1. Name of Instrument

This Instrument is the Veterans’ Entitlements (Special Disability Trust Beneficiary Requirements) Nomination of Agreement Instrument 2015.

  1. Commencement

This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered. 

  1. Revocation

The Veterans’ Entitlements (Special Disability Trust Beneficiary Requirements) Nomination of Agreement 2006 is revoked.

  1. Definitions

In this Instrument:

Act means the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

  1. Nominated Agreements

For subparagraph 52ZZZWA (2) (b) (ii) of the Act, each agreement mentioned in Schedule 1 is a nominated agreement.

Note: a reference to an agreement in Schedule 1 is a reference to the agreement in the version in which it exists on the date this instrument commences - it is not a reference to the agreement as it may change from time to time.

Schedule 1       Nominated agreements

1.           National Disability Agreement.

2.Intergovernmental Agreement for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Launch.

3.           National Partnership Agreement on Trial of My Way Sites.

4.           National Health Reform Agreement.
