Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986

The REPATRIATION COMMISSION, acting under subsection 52ZZZWA (3) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, nominates each agreement mentioned in Schedule 1 for the purpose of subparagraph 52ZZZWA (2) (b) (ii) of that Act.

This Nomination of Agreement is taken to have commenced on 20 September 2006.
