1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Veterans’ Entitlements (Special Assistance — Motorcycle Purchase) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2000.

3Amendment of Veterans’ Entitlements (Special Assistance — Motorcycle Purchase) Regulations 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Veterans’ Entitlements (Special Assistance — Motorcycle Purchase) Regulations 2001.

substitute

motorcycle means a motor vehicle with not more than 4 wheels that is steered by means of handle bars.
