Veterans’ Entitlements (Rehabilitation Allowance) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Veterans’ Entitlements (Rehabilitation Allowance) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Commencement

2.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1997.

3.   Regulation 11 (Cessation of operation)

3.1   Regulation 11:

Omit “30 June 1997”, substitute “30 June 1998”.
