Veterans’ Entitlements Regulations 2(Amendment)

   

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Veterans’ Entitlements Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations

 

2.   New regulation 6a

2.1   After regulation 6, insert:

 

Decoration allowance

“6a.For the purposes of paragraph 102 (5) (d) of the Act, the British Empire Medal is prescribed as a decoration.”.
