Veterans’ Entitlements Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Veterans’ Entitlements Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.   Regulation 4 (Summons under sub-section 57f (2) of the Act)

2.1   Omit “sub-section 60 (2) or (3)”, substitute “subsection 57f (2)”.

  

3.   Schedule 1 (Forms)

3.1   Form 2:

Omit “*sub-section 60 (2) / *sub-section 60 (3)”, substitute “subsection 57f (2)”.
