Veterans’ Entitlements (DFISA‑like Payment) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1)¹

Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Veterans’ Entitlements (DFISA‑like Payment) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence, or are taken to have commenced, as follows:

(a)on 11 February 2005 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on the day after they are registered — Schedule 2.

Amendment of Veterans’ Entitlements (DFISA-like Payment) Regulations 2005

Schedules 1 and 2 amend the Veterans’ Entitlements (DFISA‑like Payment) Regulations 2005.

Schedule 1 Amendments commencing on 11 February 2005

(regulation 3)

[1] Regulation 4, after definition of associated payment

Australian Government Citrus Canker Assistance Package – Income Support Payment means payment, so styled, made under the Australian Government Citrus Canker Assistance Package Guidelines, as in force on 4 March 2005, administered by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
