VETERANS’ ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1986

DETERMINATION UNDER SUBSECTION 46L(1)

I, De-Anne Kelly, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, determine, under subsection 46L(1) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, that the financial investment specified in Column A is not to be regarded as a financial asset for the purposes of section 46D or 46E of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, from the date specified in Column B, subject to the condition that the financial investments are not operating to provide any returns and the investors have no access to the investment capital.
