I, Dan Tehan, Minister for Veterans’ Affairs, approve under subsection 117(3) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, the variations by the Repatriation Commission of the Veterans’ Children Education Scheme in the following instrument.

This instrument is the Veterans’ Children Education Scheme Amendment Instrument 2017.

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

This instrument is made under subsection 117(2) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986.

1. Schedule

The Veterans’ Children Education Scheme (Instrument 2015 No. R43) is varied in accordance with the items in the Schedule.
