1  Name of instrument

This instrument is the VET Student Loans (Approved Course Provider Application Fee) Determination 2017.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 31(1) of the VET Student Loans Act 2016.

4  Fees for applications

For subsection 31(1) of the VET Student Loans Act 2016, the fee for making an application for approval as an approved course provider is $5 110.
