Schedule —Amendments to the VET Student Loans Rules 2016  2

1  Name

This instrument is the VET Student Loans Amendment Rules (No.1) 2021.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1  Section 41A

Before “Payment”, insert “(1)”.

2  At the end of section 41A

Add:

(2)  Payment of the VSL tuition protection levy is waived for all approved course providers for the calendar year 2021.
