VET Provider Credits Determination No. 1 of 2016
NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA

Determination made under subclause 45D(6) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003

As a result of the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine Pty Ltd (ACN: 059 823 737 ABN: 34 059 823 737) ceasing to be a VET provider, I, Shelley Owen, a delegate of the Minister, acting under subclause 45D(6) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA), hereby determine that:

(a)credits arise in the VET FEE-HELP account, established by subclause 45D(1) of Schedule 1A to HESA, of the Australian Institute of Higher and Further Education Pty Ltd (ACN 169 131 284 ABN 62 169 131 284); and

(b)the amount of such credits shall be $1,008,545.

In accordance with subparagraph 45D(2)(e)(i) of Schedule 1A to HESA, these credits arise in the VET FEE-HELP account of Australian Institute of Higher and Further Education Pty Ltd on 11 April 2016, which is when the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine Pty Ltd ceased to be a VET provider.
