AN ACT to amend the Vermin Act, 1918-1963.
[Assented to 2nd October, 1964.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Section one hundred and three of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "three pence" in line seventeen of subsection (1), the words, "six pence".

Section one hundred and forty of the principal Act is amended by adding, after subsection (3), the following subsection
(4) Where, under the provisions of this section, any class of animal, bird or insect is declared to be vermin, by reason of being at large or of being in any part of the State, every animal, bird or insect falling within the class that is at large or in the particular part of the State, on the making of the declaration, continues, so long as the declaration is on foot, to be vermin, notwithstanding that it may, thereafter, be taken, kept or domesticated or be taken to some other part of the State. .
