AN ACT to amend section one hundred A of the Vermin

Act, 1918.

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Vermin Act Amendment Shortle

Act, 1931, and shall be read as one with the Vermin Act,

1918, as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1925 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) and its amendments.

Section one hundred A of the principal Act is amended Amoudmeat 0(

as follows :—

(a)

by deleting from subsection one the words "assessed for the time being" in line seven and inserting in lieu thereof the word "determined";

(b) by deleting from subsection one the words "under the Land and Income Tax Assessment Act, 1907- 1924," in lines eight and nine;

(c) by deleting subsection six.
