No. XXII.

An Act to amend the Law respecting Verdicts
of Felo-de-se. [23n£ February, 1876.]

Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Law respecting the verdicts of Coroners' Juries in the case of death by Suicide

advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South AVales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

1. Prom and after the passing of this Act the verdict of Felo-de-se shall be and the same is hereby abolished Provided that nothing in this Act contained shall affect the law with respect to attempts to commit suicide.
