An Act to amend the Law respecting Verdicts
of Felo-de-se. [23n£ February, 1876.]
| Be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the | WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Law respecting the verdicts of Coroners' Juries in the case of death by Suicide |
| advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South AVales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :— | |
| 1. Prom and after the passing of this Act the verdict of Felo-de-se shall be and the same is hereby abolished Provided that nothing in this Act contained shall affect the law with respect to attempts to commit suicide. |
