An Act to amend The Vendor and Purchaser Act, 1878.'

HEREAS it is deemed advisable to amend The Vendor and Ereamba

Purchaser Act, 1878 ' (42 Victoria, No. 10): Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

Vendor and Purchaser Act, 1878—Amendment

Repeal of 42, Vie	1. The seventh section of The Vendor and Purchaser Act, 1878,' is hereby repealed as from the date at which it came into operation, except as to anything duly done thereunder before the commencement of this Act.
