VELLA & BUCHANAN AND ORS

In the Family Court of Australia, Justice Murphy considered an application by the wife, Vella, against the first respondent, Buchanan, and a second respondent. The dispute concerned interim and final orders sought by the wife in her initiating application filed on 18 January 2011.

The matter was adjourned to the Registrar to progress towards a final hearing, with provisions made for any applications for costs to be made by written submissions within 21 days.
