1.1NAME OF LEGISLATIVE INSTRUMENT

1.1.1This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 80/03 – Emission Control for Heavy Vehicles) 2006 Amendment 4.

1.1.2This instrument may also be cited as ADR 80/03 Amendment 4.

1.2          COMMENCEMENT

1.2.1This instrument commences the day after it is registered.

2            AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE STANDARD

2.1.1The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 80/03 – Emission Control for Heavy Vehicles) 2006.

1. SCHEDULE 1

After Clause 2.4, insert:

“2.5     Vehicles complying with ADR 80/04 need not comply with this vehicle standard.”
