1          LEGISLATIVE PROVISIONS

1.1       NAME OF LEGISLATIVE INSTRUMENT

1.1.1    This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 80/02 – Emission Control for Heavy Vehicles) 2006 Amendment 1.

1.1.2    This Standard may also be cited as ADR 80/02 Amendment 1.

1.2       COMMENCEMENT

1.2.1    This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

2          AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE STANDARD

2.1.1    The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 80/02 – Emission Control for Heavy Vehicles) 2006

[1]        Amend clause 2.2.2 to read:

“2.2.2   from 29 February 2008 in relation to vehicles produced on or after 29 February 2008, other than new model vehicles referred to in clause 2.2.1”
