1.1.1.This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 4/05 – Seatbelts) 2012 Amendment 2.

1.2.1.This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

1. AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE STANDARD

2.1.The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 4/05 – Seatbelts) 2012.

SCHEDULE 1

1. Clause 3, omit “3.7” (first occurring), substitute “3.8”.

1. Clause 3.7, renumber as clause 3.8.

1. Insert a new clause 3.7 to read

“Vehicles certified to ADR 4/06 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
