1.1.Name of Legislative Instrument

1.1.1.This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 4/04 – Seatbelts) 2006 Amendment 1.

1.2.Commencement

1.2.1.This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

1. AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE STANDARD

2.1.The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 4/04 – Seatbelts) 2006.

1. Clause 5.1 Amend “….Section 5 Exemptions and Alternative Procedures” to read “……Section 6 Exemptions and Alternative Procedures”.

1. Clause 6.2 Relocate clause 6.2 to precede clause 6.3 instead of preceding “Annexes” in clause 6.1.
