1.1.Name of Legislative Instrument

1.1.1.This instrument is the Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 35/02 – Commercial Vehicle Brake Systems) 2007 Amendment 2.

1.2.Commencement

1.2.1.This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

1. AMENDMENT OF VEHICLE STANDARD

2.1.The changes specified in Schedule 1 amend Vehicle Standard (Australian Design Rule 35/02 – Commercial Vehicle Brake Systems) 2007.

SCHEDULE 1

1. Clause 2.8 renumber as 2.9.

1. Insert a new clause 2.8. to read

“Vehicles certified to ADR 35/03 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”

1. Clause 4.5.6.2.1 renumber as 4.5.6.3.1.

1. Clause 4.5.6.2.2 renumber as 4.5.6.3.2.

1. Clause 4.5.8.2.1 renumber as 4.5.8.1.1.
